- live better and less stressed
- increase the relax in bed before, during and after sleeping
- reduce the effort in reaching things I need when I am in
bed

- better organize things on my bedside chair ( INITIAL GAP )
- creating some wider and divided spaces
- creating a modular structure

why and how

This is my "why and how" initial exploration. 
After some days I realized that it was not so good, so I tried to go deeper and I came up with the statements listed above. 
I think that those statements are better because more general, somehow.
But still the exploration remains valid.
